So now with the festive binge coming to an end, it’s time to put on your workout gear and burn those calories again! 🙁
I have here, 4 x 4 workout, which is a rope skipping workout that I do when I am short of time but would really like my workout to be intense enough to feel the ‘burn’ for the rest of the day. This workout takes no more than 10 minutes (really!) and I promise, it keeps your metabolism fired up for the rest of the day. Let’s put on your jumping shoes and workout!
The 4 x 4 Workout:
- Skip for 1 minute
- 16 x Double Unders
- 16 x Burpees followed by double unders
- 16 x Jump Lunges
Repeat the above for 4 sets. I
