Learn Basic Arm Wraps

Wraps are a type of non-jumping skill that can be performed while resting or included in your skipping routine for variety.

In the video, I cover 2 basic arm wraps – Forward and Backward Arm Wrap. Forward arm wrap is performed with the rope swinging forward and Backward arm wrap, with the rope swinging backward (sorry not very original with the names! :p)
